Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner-Norwood, MA

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice located 15 miles southwest of Boston in Norwood, Massachusetts. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice of 6 providers and manage your own panel of patients. At Revere Medical, you will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients while working in a highly collaborative medical environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Promote health education and disease prevention
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Nurse Practitioner role
• Comfortable using new technology and software
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
