Job Description

Providence Cancer Institute of Oregon is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our comprehensive, multidisciplinary practice at Providence Oncology and Hematology Care Clinic on the campus of Providence Newberg Medical Center in Newberg, Oregon. In this generalist role, you will focus on the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of patients with cancer. In collaboration with the Oncologists and a care team consisting of RNs, Patient Navigators, Social Workers, Nutritionists, Integrative Medicine, Palliative Care, Clinical Pharmacy, and other support staff providing clinical care to cancer patients at various stages of treatment and recovery, the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role will be an essential member of the team. The City of Newberg is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley.   • Outpatient position, full-time at 1.0 FTE
  • Four/10-hour days, weekday schedule, no call required
  • Ideal candidates will be experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in oncology, or for new grads, previous clinical/nursing experience in hematology-oncology
