Envision Physician Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Chief Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join and lead our dynamic anesthesia care team at Broward Health North, a Level II Trauma Center located in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
As Chief CRNA, you will play a vital role in clinical leadership, operations, and collaboration across our anesthesia department. We are looking for a strong clinician who thrives in a high-acuity setting and is passionate about team development, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
Position Highlights:
Leadership Role: Oversee and support a collaborative team of CRNAs alongside the Anesthesia Medical Director
Schedule: Full-time position with annual leadership stipend
Case Mix: Diverse and engaging—Trauma, General, Ortho, Neuro, and more (no hearts or transplants)
Support: Excellent support from Envision operations and a dedicated Practice Manager
Clinical Environment: Level II Trauma Center with a strong commitment to quality and safety
Technology & Tools: Access to QGenda scheduling, Kronos timekeeping, and administrative support
Qualifications:
Current FL license or eligibility
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with NBCRNA certification
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
Prior leadership experience or strong leadership potential preferred
Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
