Occupational Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Opportunity
HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast - Baytown, Texas

HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team in support of a wellness clinic serving the Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (GCCISD). This clinic is located in Baytown, a vibrant suburb in the South Houston metropolitan area, and plays a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of district employees and their families.

Position Highlights:
- Clinic Setting: School-based wellness clinic serving GCCISD, one of the largest school districts in the Houston area with over 23,000 students and 3,000 employees.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends, promoting excellent work-life balance.
- Focus: Occupational health, urgent care, and wellness services for school district staff.

Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active national certification
- Urgent Care or Occupational Health experience preferred
- DOT Certification required 
- Eligible for or currently holding an active Texas medical license
