Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking an experienced ARNP to complement our current overall Dermatology team of three experienced physicians due to rapid growth and increased demand in our clinics in Arlington, Washington. Highlights:
- We are looking for an experienced Dermatology ARNP to work at a newer clinic site with a thriving patient base in Arlington, Washington. Clinic is staffed with a supportive clinical staff comprising of MAs and RNs.
- Work collaboratively with our three (3) experienced physicians that are based in our other site roughly 30 minutes away.
- Practice in a state-of-the-art multispecialty clinic with lab and imaging on site.
- Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day work week and no inpatient responsibilities.
- This is a full time position with a 36-hour schedulable patient contact hour work expectation. No call or weekends.
- Our practice caters to a diverse patient base with a variety of dermatological disorders. This position will focus on seeing medical dermatology patients, with no cosmetic or MOHs.
- This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in nursing from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working independently as an ARNP in Dermatology.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $135,563-$184,203 DOE
