Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Pulmonary Medicine team at our outpatient clinic in Temple, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic, collaborative team that prioritizes compassionate, high-quality care.
Outpatient only – no nights, weekends, holidays, or call requirements
Independent management of patients in clinic, with close collaboration with pulmonary physicians and care team
Potential for minor procedures, such as chest tube removal
Pulmonary experience preferred but not required – training and mentorship provided
Join a well-established department within a nationally recognized healthcare system
Current license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Ability to work autonomously in an outpatient setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pulmonary or internal medicine experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
