Key Responsibilities:
- Assist vascular surgeons in the operating room and during surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the vascular surgery department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Surgical experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
