Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine - Crozet

Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Crozet Family Medicine, located in Crozet, VA, just outside of Charlottesville.

Position Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• 40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours of admin)
• Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week
• 18 patients/day
• Call schedule is minimal; once every 3 months (one full week of call)
