Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a chiropractic clinic in Queens, NY. This role offers the chance to work in a mixed practice setting (Major Medical, Workers’ Compensation, No-Fault, and Liens) and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver rehabilitative care to a diverse patient population. Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist License.
• Experience: New graduates welcome; experience in mixed practice settings is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., DrChrono), treatment planning, and therapeutic modalities.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, empathy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with diverse needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment using DrChrono EMR.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Engage with patients to promote long-term recovery and wellness.
