Express Primary Care APP

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced, team-oriented Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) interested in joining our busy Express Primary Care Clinic in beautiful Half Moon Bay, CA. We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital. We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible. 

Opportunity Highlights:

• 4.5-day Schedule, NO WEEKENDS
• Work from home 1 day per week
• 80/20 Walk-ins and Scheduled patient visits
• E-fill service and inbox support for work-life balance
• Mentorship and robust onboarding
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures based on clinical interest and patient needs (e.g., joint injections, skin biopsies, I&Ds, pap smears, etc.)

Compensation/Benefits Include:

• Guaranteed Salary $140k per year
• Productivity incentives
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
• Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
• Completion of state mandated educational courses
• Bilingual preferred - English and Spanish
