Responsibilities

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full Time APP to our team in Centerville, TN. 

Position Highlights:

• Rural Health Clinic seeing patients of all ages
• Typical work schedule is M-F
• Performing routine medical procedures, exams, screening /preventive services and immunizations
• Working with other APPs covering your own panel of patients
• Prefer 3 plus years of experience in a primary care environment.

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
