Advanced Practice Provider- General Surgery- Trauma and Critical Care

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in General Surgery, Trauma and critical care to join our healthcare team on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering the exceptional medical care services to our patients. You will have the opportunity make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals and families in our community.

Position Highlights:

• Primarly Trauma and Critical Care with minimal General Surgery
• Primarily Acute Care setting with minimal clinic obligations
• 13.5 Hour Shifts (Day/Night)
• Nights and Weekends REQUIRED
• Patient Population of all ages
• Procedural suturing and wound care experience required
• Nice to haves- Central Line and Chest Tube placement experience, Advanced Trauma Life Support

• Certificate of Authority to practice. 
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification(s) based on function and patient demographic.
• Current Ohio state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Master’s in nursing or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP role, or Master’s degree?for PA role
