Orthopedic Surgery Shoulder & Elbow Advanced Practitioner - Fenton, MO

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collegial, hard-working department of providers and support staff in Fenton, Missouri.   This position will specifically support the shoulder and elbow service.

Job Highlights:

• Primarily Outpatient responsibilities with O.R. first assist responsibilities one day per week.
• Will run parallel clinics alongside the shoulder and elbow team to see patients with shoulder and elbow problems.
• Perform majority of the injections for this service.
• Monday – Friday variable schedule.
• Strong department onboarding and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Master's degree from nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Missouri registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure or certified physician assistant.
• Prefer post-education experience in orthopedic surgery.
• Meet the requirements (and become a member) of the Hospital medical staff.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the EPIC EMR.
