  • Educates patients on proper body mechanics, posture, and breathing techniques.

Pain Management

  • Treats chronic pelvic pain, vulvodynia, dyspareunia (pain with intercourse), and interstitial cystitis.
  • Integrates pain neuroscience education with manual therapy and graded movement.

Post-Surgery Rehabilitation

  • Assists in recovery from gynecological surgeries (e.g., hysterectomy, prolapse repair).
  • Promotes scar tissue mobilization to help restore core and pelvic floor function.

Patient Education & Preventative Care

Guides patients on lifestyle modifications, pelvic health strategies, and exercise regimens.
