Practice Overview:

  • Location: NGPG Auburn
  • EMR Platform: Epic
  • 1 Physician and 1 Advanced Practitioner
  • Hours: M – F, 8:00 – 5:00
  • Preferred four 10-hour day schedules with flexible start time
  • Treating ages newborn and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
  • On site lab services and EKG
  • Adequate and experienced support staff
  • Proximity to specialists on NGMC Winder campus
  • Caring for patients in a growing community

Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:

  • Two years of experience as a Certified Licensed Famiy Nurse Practitioner
  • Passion for quality and patient care
  • Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
