Job Description

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible nurse practitioner or physician associate/physician assistant to join their Urology team in Seaside, Oregon. The clinic offers team-based care, EPIC EMR, and includes easy access to Providence Seaside Hospital. Providence North Coast patients have access to primary care and specialty care including obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, and hematology/oncology.   • Full-time position; 1.0 FTE
  • Schedule is 4 days per week; 10-hour days
  • Outpatient care only; no call
  • Position structured to be 2/3 patient facing and 1/3 team desktop coverage
  • Patient-centered medical home model includes co-located providers, MAs, and patient relations specialists. The teams are also supported by social work, a psychologist, two psychiatric nurse practitioners, dietician, and pharm D
