Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician associate to join an established primary care clinic at PMG Glisan. This unique role with support 4 primary care teams within the Glisan clinic, which will allow the opportunity to work with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine & FM w/ Obstetrics physicians and their diverse panels of all ages. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and can easily engage with all providers in the clinics, takes a proactive approach to physician and patient needs, and can quickly adapt to changing priorities of a busy primary care clinic. You’ll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. Located just across the street from Providence Portland Medical Center, this is an ideal location in the heart of east side of Portland.
