Compensation & Benefits:

• $282,000–$292,000 base compensation depending on experience
• $100,000 signing bonus
• $40,000 retention bonus
• $18,000 annual quality bonus
• Earn $169/hr for 24-hour OB shifts
• Additional pay for pager call: $300/night
• 8 weeks time off

Practice Highlights:

• Hybrid schedule available with a balanced mix of OR and OB cases
• 1:10 call rotation with minimal call-backs
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, trauma, cardiology, vascular, OB, neuro, ortho, gynecology, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, robotic procedures, ENT, and pediatrics
• Annual volume: ~24,000 cases plus 2,800 deliveries
