Compensation & Benefits:

• Call Position: $312,000 base salary with beeper call only for minimal disruption
• Shift Position: $272K base salary with Monday–Friday shifts (9–14 hours)
• $45,000 signing bonus
• Premium pay offered for unscheduled shifts
• 8 weeks time off
• Malpractice coverage provided
