Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medication and perform minor procedures
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Document encounters in EMR and ensure quality care delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Texas license and certification
• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program
• Experience in outpatient clinic setting
• Proficiency in EMR systems and HIPAA regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years in Primary Care outpatient setting
• Experience with Athena EMR
