Department Overview:
Annual Emergency Department Volume: ~27,000 visits
Licensed ED Beds: 15 (including 2 Behavioral Health beds)
Electronic Health Record: Epic
Coverage Model: Physician: ~13 shifts/month & APP: 12 hours/day
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Document patient encounters using Epic EHR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Position Requirements:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
