• Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Your Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• NPs should have Family certifications
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Oklahoma
• 1+ years' experience as a provider, preferably in primary care
