Job Description

Northwest Medical Center, the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join its NICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 100% inpatient opportunity in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care setting, offering strong physician collaboration, structured night coverage, and competitive compensation.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity (NICU)
  • PRN shifts also available
  • 16-hour night shifts (approximately 160 hours per month)
  • 100% inpatient NICU setting
  • NICU experience required
  • Neonatology training required
  • Must be comfortable assisting with NICU procedures
  • Malpractice coverage included
  • Travel expenses covered for out-of-area candidates
