Job Summary:

• Nurse practitioner or physician assistant certification
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• Cardiac experience as an advanced practice provider
• Ability to work independently
• Full time, Monday - Friday
• Primary role providing outpatient cardiology support for structural heart clinic
• Experience with valve disease, PFO, ASD, LAAC, and pulmonary embolism preferred
