Inpatient Cardiology Advanced Practitioner

• This role is part of the Outpatient Cardiology Clinic.
• Joining 2 advanced practitioners
• Mostly inpatient role - Will cover in clinic when needed.
• Schedule - Mon - Fri - 7am-5pm
• No call
• One rotating weekend per month
• Impella, Balloon Pump, Complex PCI, TAVR, Mitra Clip, Shockwave, ELG, Vascular, Carotid Stent

PA Requirements:

• Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Must hold and maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License, b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff

NP Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in nursing. Graduate of accredited program for nurse practitioners
• Compact state or Arizona RN license
• Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse license
• Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.)  NP-AANP,  c.)  NP-ANCC, or d). NP-PNCB
• Valid DEA registration
• Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff
