Located just north of the Twin Cities, Cambridge offers the opportunity to practice advanced oncology care while building meaningful, long?term relationships with patients and families. You’ll be part of a collaborative, physician?led care model supported by the resources, innovation, and clinical excellence of a nationally respected cancer program serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Key Position Details:

  • 0.8 FTE Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider position 

  • Open to Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA) 

  • Outpatient?focused oncology practice with inpatient collaboration as needed 

  • Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies 

  • Work closely with hematologist/oncologists, infusion teams, nurse navigators, and support services 

  • Epic EMR for coordinated, connected care

Job Description:

Provides help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations as part of a physician/nurse team in accordance with the designated specialty. Works in both inpatient and outpatient situations and can perform independently or as part of a treatment team. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team.


Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree - Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • New Graduates may be considered. Minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology.


Licenses/Certifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire (NP)
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification within specialty or Certified Physician Assistant - (NCCPA) - National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants within specialty upon hire required.
  • BLS - Multisource required within 180 Days
  • Drug Enforcement Administration required upon hire

Pay Range

Pay Range: $135,096 to $164,216 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
