Job Summary:

Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced cardiothoracic surgery nurse practitioner or physician's assistant to join our established hospital employed cardiac group, Centennial Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Parkridge.  

Qualifications Needed:

• Board certification
• Three plus years of experience in cardiology is ideal
• Tennessee license or ability to obtain one
• Desire to learn and grow as a CTS professional in areas of:  preop, postop, perioperative and operative first assist techniques including endoscopic vein harvest, central lines placement, suturing and sternal closures.

About the opportunity:

• Join two cardiothoracic surgeons and one other CTS APP who are a part of a larger collaborative cardiac program consisting of seven cardiologists and eleven APPs. 
• Our CT surgery program deals with ECMO, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, robotic lung surgery, vascular surgery and off pump bypass.  
• 1:2 call
