Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Electrophysiology – Las Vegas, NV

About this role:

As an Advanced Practitioner in Electrophysiology (EP), you will work with 2 EP Physicians to provide quality care and excellent patient experience. This role is currently focused on the clinic side, with the possibility of hospital work. Here are some highlights you can expect.

  • You would work 4 ten hour day shifts Mon-Fri with your day off being determined by the department
  • There is no call with this position, but you could work an occasional weekend shift with additional pay
  • Your time will be split between our Alta Cardiology clinic and our Warms Springs clinic.
  • In the clinic, you would see approximately 20 patients per day
  • Occasional hospital rounding on pre/post procedural EP patients across several hospitals (this may increase over time)
  • While EP experience is a plus, we have an advanced EP training program for candidates with general cardiology experience

What you’ll bring:

  • Must have or be eligible for a current and unrestricted NP or PA Nevada License
  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
  • AANP or NCCPA certification
  • BLS and ACLS certification, and DEA
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology
  • EP experience highly desired
