Job Description

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Cardiology) – Grand Junction, CO

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Cardiology you’ll work with Cardiologists and Advanced Practitioners to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with Cardiologists in both an inpatient and outpatient setting.

  • You would practice at our West Park Clinic in beautiful Grand Junction, CO
  • You would work 4 ten hour shifts during the weekdays, no call/no weekends 
  • Seeing about 12-14 patient per day when fully trained
  • This position would see general cardiology patients as well as some EP patients

What you’ll bring: 

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, required
  • Valid license/certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado or able to obtain, required
  • DEA and full prescriptive authority, required
  • BLS and ACLS, required
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience as an NP or PA working in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting, highly desired
