NP/PA - Neurosurgery - Duluth, Minnesota

Aspirus Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Neurosurgery clinic in Duluth, Minnesota.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced surgeons in a highly supportive, team-focused environment while building specialized clinical skills.

OPPORTUNITY:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• No call responsibilities
• Collaborative, cohesive, and collegial team environment with strong mentorship and support from neurosurgeons
• New grads encouraged to apply!
• Manage surgical follow-ups, non-surgical consultations, suture removal, and ongoing patient care management
• Opportunity to perform injections (including Botox & trigger point)
• Adult patient population
• Neurosurgery or trauma experience is helpful but not required
• Work within a comprehensive care team, including:
  • Two Neurosurgeons
  • RN Navigator
  • Medical Assistant
  • Intake Assistant
  • Referral Specialist

$118,000 – $148,250/year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
