Market Chief Nursing Executive – Lead with Impact at Vibra Healthcare

Vibra Healthcare is seeking an experienced Market Chief Nursing Executive to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping patient care and clinical excellence.

About the Role

As Market Chief Nursing Executive, you will:

• Direct and facilitate all nursing and clinical services.
• Take an active leadership role in hospital decision-making processes.
• Ensure competence of clinical staff and appropriate staffing for patient care.
• Develop hospital-wide systems, policies, and procedures for nursing care.
• Lead staffing plans, departmental budgets, and clinical program development.
• Plan and monitor resource utilization, quality of care, and work environment improvements.
• Collaborate with Physicians to enhance patient care systems.
• Represent Vibra through active involvement in external and internal healthcare activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (required).
• Master’s Degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or related field (required).
• Candidates with a written plan to complete advanced degree may be considered.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a Nursing Management role supervising patient care (required).
• Previous LTAC experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Current RN license in the state of employment (required).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from a Vibra-approved vendor (required).
• Valid driver’s license (may be required for multi-site coverage).

Additional Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Professional image and communication skills.
