We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,600 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
Highlights
This provider will join our ProCare Senior Living practice providing care to the geriatric population, with a focus on behavioral health, in the skilled nursing facility and assisted living settings. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Travel between skilled nursing facilities will be required. Psychiatric-Mental Health NP (PMHNP) or AGNP/AGACNP with post-masters PMHNP certification strongly preferred.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Call requirements: 1 night per week; occasional weekend call rotation (1:2-3 months)

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the adult/geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
