This opportunity delivers care in Anderson, IN and in Indianapolis, IN at Community Hospital Anderson and Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.
Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
Schedule:
Tuesdays off
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday in Anderson
Friday at CHVH - hospital rounding.
1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday night 9p-7a, Sunday night-Thursday night 9p-7a)
1 in 14 weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

Experience
5 Years Advanced Practice Provider experience required
Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
