Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care | Essex, Vermont

Join our dedicated Primary Care Adult Medicine team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner who brings experience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit to provide high-quality care to our community!

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for adults across a range of health needs

• Partner with physicians and practice leadership to deliver coordinated care

• Support patients through timely communication and medication management

• Contribute to a positive, team-based practice culture

What We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN preferred, BSN required)

• National board certification and active Vermont APRN license (with prescriptive authority)

• 2+ years of NP experience preferred

• Background in primary care and Epic EMR a plus
