What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care for adults across a range of health needs
Partner with physicians and practice leadership to deliver coordinated care
Support patients through timely communication and medication management
Contribute to a positive, team-based practice culture
What We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN preferred, BSN required)
National board certification and active Vermont APRN license (with prescriptive authority)
2+ years of NP experience preferred
Background in primary care and Epic EMR a plus
