Role Highlights:
- Full-time, outpatient primary care – Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current FNP or PA license and national certification (or eligible for Arizona licensure)
- Primary care experience preferred
- Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Cerner experience a plus

Page Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Built in 1958, the hospital provides a range of medical services that include Emergency services, Surgery, Medical Imaging, Obstetrics, Cardiopulmonary, Acute Care and Rehabilitation.
