Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Albany, MN

Summary

Join a collaborative, relationship-centered Family Medicine practice at CentraCare – Albany, where teamwork, continuity, and long-term patient relationships are highly valued. In this role, you will share and grow a patient panel alongside a physician partner, provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, and have the option to incorporate same-day care based on your interests—all within a supportive, team-based clinic environment.

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time | 6–1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare – Albany
• Day shifts | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Schedule flexibility based on candidate interest
  • Opportunity to include same-day care if desired

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current AHA BLS certification
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Family Medicine, Walk-In Clinic, or Urgent Care
• Interest in team-based primary care and continuity-focused practice
