Join a supportive team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers committed to exceptional primary care. In this role, you will share and grow a patient panel with a physician partner and have the option to incorporate same-day care if interested. Schedule:

  • 6–1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, clinic hours approximately 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (flexible based on candidate interest)

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive preventive care for children and adults
  • Support patients in managing chronic conditions
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans based on clinical assessments
  • Review labs and determine the appropriate next steps in care
  • Partner with patients to promote wellness, education, and long-term health

 

REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for this position you must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure

We are hiring an applicant that meets or exceeds the following experience:

  • Previous experience in Urgent Care
  • Previous experience Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic

 

Pay and Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $109,241.60 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
  • Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
