Job Description
Sentara is recruiting a Physician Assistant to join our highly regarded and experienced comprehensive musculoskeletal team in beautiful Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Exciting opportunity to join a regional center of orthopedic excellence with 3 experienced Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 experienced Sports Medicine Primary Care Physicians, 3 APPs and 6 athletic trainers.
Highlights of this position include:
- Brand New Offices on the campus of New State-of-the-Art Hospital
- Established/ Highly Regarded Team with opportunity to provide sports medicine support to our local high school athletic departments.
- See new general orthopedic patients, and post-op patients, inpatient hospital and ER consults, participate as surgical assistant, provide office fracture care.
- Strong built-in referral base through Sentara Primary Care
- Digital x-ray and PACS at the practice; MRI on hospital campus
- Comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Rehab Services available
- Weekly schedule M-F 8a-5p, (No night or weekend call)
