Case Mix: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, EP, Plastics, OBGYN, Thoracic, ENT, OMFS, Pain, GI

Majority of Cases: Ortho, GS, Vascular, Eyes, Urology, Neuro, GI

Other Notes: Level II Trauma, no hearts, no OB, no Peds
