Our practice is busy and thriving, with a high demand for same-day and urgent sick visits. As our next APP, you’ll be the key to keeping access open and timely, helping reduce wait times and easing the load on our physicians so they can balance urgent care with preventive care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an APP who:

• Has pediatric experience (sorry, not open to new grads).
• Loves working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Brings strong clinical competence and adaptability.
• Takes a patient-centered approach with every child and family.
• Shares our commitment to AdventHealth’s mission and values.

The Details

• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Patient Load: ~about 21 patients per day
• Team: 3 physicians, 1 APP, and 12 amazing support staff
• Focus: Well-child visits, urgent sick visits, chronic condition management, and acute care
• Telehealth: Comfort with virtual visits is a must
• Call: Light call rotation, with rare overnight calls
