Experienced NP/PA - Primary Care - Ayer, MA

Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) to join a well-respected and very busy community-based practice located 35 miles northwest of Boston in the quaint town of Ayer, Massachusetts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent clinical, collaborative, and communication skills, be comfortable using modern healthcare technologies and electronic medical records, and have a strong commitment to serving our patient population. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a well-established practice with one other provider. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population

• Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Promote health education and disease prevention

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage chronic conditions

• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and patient charts

• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in Primary Care

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient Primary Care

• Board Certification

• Massachusetts NP/PA license

• Comfortable using new technology and software

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
