Primary Care Provider (PA/NP) - multiple locations in Virginia!

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking full-time Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP/PA) to join our Primary Care team serving patients throughout Virginia!

Position Highlights:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care – multiple clinic sites across Virginia
• Schedule: Full-time only, Monday–Friday
• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive care for preventive, chronic, and acute needs
• Support: Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, medical assistants, and patient service representatives
• Technology: Utilize EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system
• Team Culture: Collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on high-quality, compassionate care

Position Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Virginia (or eligibility)
• New graduates welcome, including 2026s
• Certification and licensure as required by state and national boards
• Experience or strong interest in Family Medicine/Primary Care preferred
