Responsibilities/Job Description:
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Urgent Care Clinics. Join our growing practice seeing patients at our eleven urgent care locations in the Minneapolis-St Paul area and surrounding suburbs. 
 
Practice Details:
- Join our team of 45+ urgent care providers.
- Our Maplewood location is our primary need at this time, with the potential to float to additional sites. 
- Patient encounters average 20-30 patients per day in a 10 hour shift.
- Flexible FTE from .6 to 1.0 - Flexible schedule, weekend coverage is most needed. For a 0.8 FTE, total annual required weekend hours would equal 416 (with 811 total weekday hours). Annual requirement of 1227 hours total.  
- No Call required.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited formal Family Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)
*Additional Qualifications*
- At least 2 years of previous Urgent Care, Primary Care, ER, or Hospitalist experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
Qualifications:
$135,450/$142,579 annually *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE)
