About this role:
As a part-time Advanced Practice Practitioner in the HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will serve as a primary care provider for patients living with HIV/AIDS.
This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,750 in relocation assistance when applicable
Clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
FTE: .5 (18 Patient Facing hours, 2 administrative hours) Schedule is Flexible
Support for AAHIVM certification will be provided
About this Clinic:
The HIV Collaborative Clinic at St. Mary's has been fully funded through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) since 2000. As a Local community -based Clinic (Part C) , we are able provide outpatient ambulatory health services and support for people with HIV/AIDs throughout 22 counties of Western Colorado. With the help of the RWHAP, we are able to provide care, medication, and support services to improve HIV-related health outcomes and reduce the spread of HIV.

What you’ll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program, NP preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of Primary Care/ Family Medicine, required
Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
