We also proudly offer Mammo+Heart at this location, which provides accurate and reliable detection of breast arterial calcification during your mammogram – all in an environment uniquely designed to promote patient peace of mind.

Position Overview

This position offers a hybrid model that combines on-site clinical time with supplemental remote reading opportunities to expand earning potential and enhance work-life balance. You’ll join a highly collaborative team focused on quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI (where applicable).

• Perform or oversee breast biopsy and localization procedures on-site.

• Provide remote reading for screening and diagnostic cases to supplement clinical shifts.

• Collaborate closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and technologists.

• Participate in peer review, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary breast conferences.

• Support operational consistency, accreditation, and best practices in breast imaging.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency.

• Fellowship-trained in Breast Imaging (or equivalent experience).

• MQSA certification and Louisiana medical license (or eligibility).

• Proficiency in tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and image-guided procedures.

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• Comfort with hybrid workflows integrating on-site and remote clinical responsibilities.
