Highlights

  • Provide overnight care to pediatric cardiology patients, including heart failure, transplant, electrophysiology, and post-operative cases
  • Work 13 night shifts (6 PM–6 AM) per 4-week block with a rotating weekend schedule
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nursing, respiratory therapy, social work, nutrition, pharmacy, and child life
  • No procedures required; Epic EMR in place
  • $15,000 sign-on bonus for APPs with 1+ years of experience
  • $1,100 monthly night shift differential
  • Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and full benefits package
  • Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
  • Acute Care NP preferred; experienced PAs and well-qualified new grads considered
