Hospital Medicine Positions:
- HM Coverage Model: Day: 4 Physicians and 4 NPPAs; Night: 1
Physician; 1 NPPA
- Shifts are 10 hours with the exception of the Physician night
shift which is 12 hours
- NO PROCEDURES required for HM physicians and NPPAs
Hospital Medicine CCU Positions:
- CCU Coverage Model: Day: 1 Physician 7a-7p; 1 NPPA 7a-5p; Night: 1
NPPA 7p-7a with physician on-call
- CCU Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs
- Procedures required for CCU Physicians: Intubation, central lines,
arterial lines and chest tubes. Proficiency with therapeutic
bronchoscopy preferred but not required.
- Procedures required for CCU NPPAs: Intubation, central lines and
arterial lines.
- EMR: EPIC
- Employed position with benefits
Physicians:
All Candidates must be BE or BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
CCU Candidates must have recent Critical Care and procedural experience
Nurse Practiced and Physician Assistants:
FNP, ACNP and AGACNP accepted for HM Positions
