Summary

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare system, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Urgent Care team in the scenic and welcoming community of Sweet Home, Oregon!

Position Highlights

  • 3–4 shifts per week (typically three 12-hour days with rotating weekends)
  • Patient volume: 20–30 per day with double provider coverage
  • Treat non-emergent, acutely ill patients requiring same-day care
  • Perform limited procedures such as suturing and I&D
  • Occasional travel to other walk-in clinics in the region
  • Supportive team environment with strong onboarding for new hires

Qualifications
