Advanced Practice Provider – Primary Care (NP or PA)

As a Primary Care APP at Martin’s Point, you will work as a key member of a collaborative care team providing patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

• Independent or Shared Panel - ready to adopt!
• 18-21 PPD
• 135K+RVU+PMPM
• 23 Providers - 9 APP & 14 FM/IM MD/DO
• FT or PT schedules, open to shared positions.
