We are seeking a caring Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of experience in an outpatient Primary Care setting to join our collaborative and mission-driven team.

What We’re Looking For

• NP with at least 2 years’ experience in an outpatient primary care clinic
• A passion for preventative medicine, with skill in managing both acute and chronic conditions
• Comfort working with patients across the lifespan — from young children to older adults
